Sashimi!

I’ve placed many photos in the photo log (June 2nd & 3rd) Enjoy…

Yesterday aside from recovering, I got to accomplish one of the things I’ve been wanting to do since I discovered the joys of Japanese cuisine: eating sashimi as fresh as you possibly can, just fished. Thanks to José Manuel, an expert fisherman, we did and boy was it tasty. I have the impression that this won’t be the last time I have sashimi in this trip. Oh, well….

In the upcoming days, we will be discussing where the name for the sailboat O’Comillas came from. I’m curious to see what folks think is the reason. To those, who have been told, please stay out of it 😉
