48 Hours
What I had predicted would happen at some point during the trip, happened in the first 48 hours when our bodies were not yet used to the sea. We had 40-45 knots of wind with pretty rough seas. Caused by a low pressure system which I had expected would be smaller and stay closer to the coast. Wrong on both counts.
I have a lot of emotions and thoughts from these past 48 hours but I’m too tired at this point to write them down. We are all going to take advantage of the sun being out and the weather improving to eat, drink and bathe ourselves. Apparently I’m next…

The third day of our voyage
We have had rough seas and big waves the past two days and I was a little too busy just sailing and keeping everyone safe.
We are all a little tired, but happy to see the sun out and have nice weather again
Big thanks to all the boys and girls who are thinking of us right now
